Louis Vuitton Noé Monogram Canvas

Louis Vuitton Noé Monogram Canvas. Noé was created in 1932, along with other Louis Vuitton icons the Alma, the Keepall and the Speedy. The Noé was designed to literally be a “bucket-shaped bag” which could carry four upright bottles of champagne and a fifth upside down in the center. The drawstring would secure the bottles from rattling around. 

The bag closes with a drawstring and features an adjustable leather shoulder strap, the strap is not long enough to wear the bag crossbody. The bag has gold-colored hardware and there are no pockets on the inside.

The overall condition of the bag is good because of the shape and state of the canvas. However, there are some stains on the bottom of the bag and the drawstring has some marks of use. The textile lining on the inside of the bag still is in a good condition but has some small spots at the bottom.
